Professional packing is included in all our standard moves — boxes, bubble wrap, technical blankets, and ink-free paper. It is only charged extra if you request packing the day before the move (premium service) or loose materials for you to pack yourself.

We always provide a written fixed-price quote before starting the move. The agreed price is the final price — with no unexpected extras. The only exceptions are changes requested by the customer during the service (adding a stop, packing more items), which are agreed upon at that time.

Yes, we are furniture experts. Our professional team handles disassembling your furniture at the origin and reassembling it at your new destination.

For moves within Asturias, 2–3 days' notice is enough. For national moves (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia), we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance to secure your date. During peak season (June to September), it’s best to book 2 weeks ahead. In urgent cases, call us at +34 624 402 252 — we often find same-day availability.

Yes. Vehicles are available 24/7, and loading crews work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays at no extra charge for standard moves. The office (C. Tenderina Baja, 183) is open by appointment only.

All our moves are insured with Mapfre for up to €10,000 on the furniture transported. For higher-value shipments we offer custom enhanced insurance (works of art, antiques, professional equipment).

Yes. MoveAstur has a valid transport card, is registered in the official moving company census, and holds its own liability insurance, in addition to Mapfre coverage of €10,000 on the cargo. We operate legally throughout Spain.
