Data We Collect

We only collect data that users voluntarily provide when filling out contact forms:

• Phone number
• Email (optional)
• Pickup address (optional)
• Service comment (optional)

We do not collect sensitive data (health, orientation, etc.) nor use tracking cookies without explicit consent (Klaro! banner).

Purpose

Data is used exclusively to respond to quote requests and, if a contract is signed, to manage the moving service. We do not share it with third parties unless required by law.

Retention Period

Data is retained for 12 months from the last contact, unless the client requests its deletion earlier.

User Rights

The user has the right to access, rectify, delete, object, restrict processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@moveastur.es.

If you believe the processing does not comply with regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site uses technical cookies necessary for operation. Analytical cookies (Google Analytics) are only activated after explicit user consent via the Klaro! banner.

Moving Service Terms

• The price agreed in the quote is closed in writing unless the client makes changes during the service.
• The Mapfre insurance covers up to €10,000 on the transported furniture.
• Damage claims must be made at the time of unloading (with photos) or within the following 24 hours.
• The refund period for the deposit, in case of service cancellation, is 5 business days.

This policy may be updated when necessary. The current version is always the one published at this URL.
